Oversee the design, programming, and documentation of installations projects and provide technical training and support to end users, contractors, technicians and installers.
Perform Implementation of servers and software for systems provided by Quality Sound. Coordinate with customer IT staff and other vendors for custom integration features. Provide support, training and documentation for our products to end users during installations and systems upgrades.
Produce technical documentation, installation drawings, details and instructions for in installation projects using AutoCAD, Visio and other Industry software.
Perform the day to day operations of Quality Sounds warehouse including the inventory and the shipping and receiving of all materials to and from Quality Sound including delivering of materials to customer sites.
Responsible for field project supervision and support during system installation, and system programming for Quality Sound. Supervise crews and work closely with customers and other contractors. Responsible for keeping current on all of our equipment suppliers. This includes being aware of technical bulletins and functional changes to any supplied equipment.
Responsible for the adds, moves, changes, maintenance and technical support of systems installed by Quality Sound. The Service Technician position requires a person with a personality and the confidence to arrive at a customer site, assess the customers’ issue, repair the system and explain to the customer how the problem was corrected. Technicians must service customers promptly, efficiently and expertly.
